Choose the right size. What if my dog is between sizes?
Measure your dog’s neck and chest girth, then match our size chart. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend sizing down for the best fit.

The harness includes front + back leash clips. The front clip helps reduce pulling by redirecting forward momentum, while the back clip is great for everyday walks and hiking.
How long does shipping take?
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process in 1–3 business days (no weekends/holidays). Delivery is usually 7–14 business days (estimates; delays can happen). If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@petbelong.com. If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days of purchase, you’re entitled to a full refund.

Cancellations are available up to 24 hours after purchase. Once an order is processed, changes to address/payment/order details typically can’t be made—email support at support@petbelong.com ASAP and we'll try to help if it hasn’t processed yet.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched. If tracking shows Delivered but you don’t have it: double-check your address, check around your property/locker/mailroom, ask neighbors/household members, and allow a short buffer for early scans. If it’s still missing, file a report with the carrier and email support@petbelong.com

What’s your return policy and how do refunds work?
Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery. Items must be almost unused, clean, original hangtag attached, and free of dog hair (including straps/velcro). Returns are subject to a restocking fee. You’re responsible for return shipping, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued after inspection to the original payment method, typically minus shipping & handling (unless the issue was PetBelong’s fault). Custom items are non-refundable. Exchanges are offered for defective/damaged items. You can request a replacement within 14 days of receiving the item, and you must send a photo of the damage within 24 hours after delivery to support. Start an exchange by emailing support@petbelong.com

You accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and all major card company. If a payment is declined, check billing details, try another method (PayPal can allow card checkout), or contact your bank.
